Our Current Programs
1. My Brother’s Keeper Project (MBK), a direct service initiative to increase the academic success, college-going, and college-graduation rates of African American high school males. Through this project, families receive:
- Academic Advisement
- College and Financial Aid application assistance
- Mentoring
- College and Career Preparation
- Academic Support and Referrals
2. The SuperSATurday Program, an outreach initiative to increase the number of students taking college admissions testing. Specifically, this program:
- Registers students for the SAT test
- Provides transportation to test sites
- Provides preparation information and resources
3. Choose College: Not just 4 years but 4 life Campaign, an outreach initiative to market college going information to communities with populations underrepresented in colleges. The campaign includes:
- Grass roots outreach to underserved communities
- Community informational events
- Informational advertisements in mass media outlets (web, radio, newspaper, etc)
